The Effect of Thought Field Therapy on the Anxiety Reduction of the Middle School Students with Test Anxiety

Abstract
This research was investi´çted the effect of thought field therapy on the anxiety reduction of the middle students with test anxiety. 'The purposes of research are as follows: 1. To identify the effect of thou»óht field therapy on anxiety reduction of the middle students with t»ót anxi¥åty. 2. To find out the change of subject units of distress in relation to anxiety reduction of the middle students who received thought field therapy. For subjects were composed of, eleven students who highly test anxiety were selected through pretest of exam anxiety to the third year students of D boy' s middle school. By implementing the thought field therapy to the selected eleven students, the effect on test anxiety reduction was sought.
To verify the results in this res¥åarch , the pre and post tests were compared with the data obtained in the research proposition 1 from the students who with test anxiety. For the subject units of distress in the study proposition 2, the values of used for the thought field therapy and subjective statements were presented. The results obtained in this research are summarized below: First, as a result of implementing the thought field therapy to the middle students with test anxiety, the anxiety score diminished. Second, as a resu1t of implementing the thought field therapy to the middle students with test anxiety, the subject units of distress dec1ined than before an implementation of the thought field therapy. The resuIts in this research verified that the thought field therapy is effective for anxiety reduction of the middle student with test anxlety.
